Research interests focus on total synthesis of natural products and synthesis organic Chemistry, current research projects include:

1. Asymmetric total synthesis of the Biologically Active Natural Products;

2. Metal mediated reductive coupling reaction and its application in organic synthesis;

3. Metal carbenoids chemistry and its application in organic synthesis;

4. Synthesis of organo-metallic complex and its application in water oxidation reaction.
