On November 18, Chinese Academy of Sciences announced the list of new academicians for 2021. The four of academic committee of the State Key Laboratory of Applied Organic Chemistry were tilted the academicians. Liu Maili, who is the researchers of Innovation Academy for Precision Measurement Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Wang Meixiang of Tsinghua University and Professor Zhou Xiang of Wuhan University were awarded as the academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Professor Yang Wei-min from Sinopec Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology was awarded the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering.
