On May 24, 2022, National Science Week 2022 in Chengguan District, Lanzhou, was held in Qin 'an Road Primary School, which was co- organized by collage of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and State Key Laboratory of Appiled Organic Chemistry,  Lanzhou University. 15 teachers participatd in this activity who are from the National Demonstration Center for Chemistry Experimental Teaching  (Lanzhou University) and State Key Laboratory of Appiled Organic Chemistry. There were four scientific experiments: magic purple cabbage,turning tea  into ink, fruit  generateing electricity, and shaking and changing the color, which nearly 1300 students took part in. With laughter and curiosity, the students felt the magic and pleasure from chemistry, and they were inspired to pursuit the science with great enthusiasm.

Being invited to National Science Week in Chengguan District, Lanzhou since 2021, the laboratory has actively undertaken the educational mission of serving the society, organizing teachers to participate in scientific and education activities for primary and middle school, sowing the seeds of science in the heart of every child, which has been widely praised.
