Rsearch Topics

1. High-throughput screening (HTS): identify active compounds from a compound library and active peptides from a peptide library;

2. Synthetic Biology: synthesize de nova genes using PCR and cloning technology;

3. Proteins and peptides: design, express, purify and characterize peptides, cyclic peptides and proteins;

4. Peptide drug discovery: identify active peptides from a cyclic peptide library and then optimize the peptide sequences.
