Altered redox homeostasis in cancer cells illustrates their redox vulnerability (termed as redox Achilles heel), and has opened a window for developing prooxidative anticancer agents to hit this status. Our research focuses on developing natural product-inspired prooxidative anticancer agents by exploiting the redox Achilles heel of cancer cells.
