Research Topics

Developing new NMR methodologies for analyzing the structure of organic molecules oriented in weak alignment media. Furthermore, we expand the developed alignment media to the application to anisotropic parameters including residual dipolar coupling (RDC), residual chemical shift anisotropy (RCSA), and nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR). We also carry out structural analyses of natural and synthetic small organic molecules and analysis of the conformation of drug or active molecules using the anisotropic enhanced NMR. We are also interested in the development of phage and mRNA display technologies for cyclic peptide screening to the disease target protein or RNA.
