Research on new methods of green chemical synthesis and new reagents for organic reactions with high selectivity, environmental friendliness and atomic economy. With the rise of chiral technology, asymmetric catalytic reactions forming C-C bonds have become one of the hot spots in organic synthesis chemistry. Therefore the study of C-C bond coupling reaction system with high stereoselectivity has profound academic significance and important application value. For this purpose, the laboratory focuses on two aspects of research: (1) transition metal catalytic C-H bond functional group, C-hybrid bond construction, oxidation coupling and other reaction methodology research; (2) Efficient and highly selective stereo construction of chiral quaternary carbon catalyzed by organic small molecules, applying it into asymmetric synthesis of complex natural products.
