放射性核素发射的高能射线是一把“双刃剑”,在疾病的诊断和治疗等人民生命健康领域具有举足轻重的地位,同时核事故泄露和环境中低剂量的放射性核素也会造成潜在的健康风险。放射性核素的精准识别是其高效获取和安全应用的基础。基于放射性核素的理化学性质,我们在生物大分子和生物纳米材料等多个尺度发展了精准识别放射性核素的策略,阐明了生物材料与放射性核素耦合方式和耦合效应等机制,为放射性核素的绿色高效获取、放射性核素的肿瘤诊疗和放射性核素的活体安全防护等应用提供新的思路。
